It will provide an opportunity for additional practice and play in a supportive environment. Note: Due to high demand, limit 1 class per semester. Caution: To play safely, you must have balance and be able to bend your knees to pick up a ball from the ground. Often described as physical therapy for hearing and memory, LACE can help users get more from hearing aids and benefit those with normal hearing as well. A free lifetime license ($350 value) is included. Participants should plan to use the app 10–15 minutes daily. Hearing aids, ear buds or earphones connected to smart phone or tablet required.

Most sessions include sampling your creations, with several ending in a shared meal. $20 food fee payable to the instructor.

Curious about yoga but unsure where to start? This gentle, small-group class introduces basic poses, simple transitions, and techniques to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Build confidence in a relaxed, supportive environment. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle; chairs, blocks, and blankets will be provided. Participants should be able to get down to and up from the floor independently using props. Class will meet on Wednesday and Thursday for the first three weeks making it 6 sessions.
