Have you taken the Beginning American Mah Jongg class and want more opportunity to play with guidance? Would you like help in seeing where your tiles are leading you? Have you been playing for a while but want to improve your game? We will spend most of every in-person session playing mah jongg, with occasional short lessons on areas of interest. This class will also include weekly videos of the instructor playing on a mah jongg website and narrating what she’s doing and showing the process of moving toward a hand. Students provide their own 2024 and 2025 National Mah Jongg League cards and also add a $5 copy fee. (nationalmahjonggleague.org or 212-246-3052, $14-$15).
