With gentle, flowing movement Tai Chi promotes calm mental focus and alignment while building leg strength, endurance, stability and balance. The form we learn progresses gradually from simple to complex and can be modified to be accessible to all. Tai Chi Fundamentals can be practiced on its own as well as prepare you for more complex traditional forms. For many, Tai Chi becomes a health-giving, lifelong practice. Mary Hagen and Kevin Cawley co-teaching.
