Registering for this class is for anyone who likes to work on solving tech issues. Please join our help desk team for the full semester, or maybe just drop in a couple times to either work through some of your tech issues or share your know-how with someone else. The instructor expects to have on hand the following devices to help with app problem solving or other tech issues: a Windows 11 PC, a Tahoe compatible MacBook Air, an iPad Air (4th Gen), an Android 15 tablet, an iPhone 14, and a Samsung S23 FE. In the first few classes one issue we might cover would be how to update any of our devices to their most current OS level, e.g., upgrading from iOS 18 to iOS 26
